  • Avoid taking diet foods or low fat foods. They are ‘highly processed’ and often have loads of sugar in them.
  • Instead of eating processed food it is good to go for real healthy foods such as meat which includes chicken, pork, lamb and beef.
  • Eggs are very nutritious and high in protein. So the right choice to add to your diet. You can avoid the yolk in the egg and have the white part just to avoid the fat portion from the egg.
  • Lots of vegetables and fruits ensure you intake large amounts of fibre in your diet. Fruits are a wonderful source of vitamin C in your diet.
